We ended up at Kobe Japanese Steakhouse with the Caros tonight. I brought along the new camera to test it out a little. The food was awesome and the company was great. Cesar's brother John is in town and so they came over and went swimming. John's daughter played with Audrey.
We had never been to Kobe Japanese Steakhouse since moving here over six years ago. I figured it was time to give it a try. It was great, just like I had heard. There's nothing like those Japanese steakhouses, is there?
Audrey was really confused about why the guy was cooking at the table, but it held her attention. Only she didn't like it when the fire would flare up really big. She would look at me with a look that said, "Is that really necessary? Isn't that dangerous?"
I thought she was pretty funny. She ate a lot of noodles and rice. She also ate a lot of the mushrooms in the onion soup, and she even ate the onion soup and wanted more. It was good food, good times, and good company. I'm afraid there aren't many of these carefree days left this summer!
