This is a link to Bugs and Daffy playing Carnival of the Animals. It's great. I sat all the way through it on summer vacation, so it has to be good.
Bugs and Daffy begin with a lengthy argument over how to pronounce Saint-Saens, which I think will really drive the point home and help the kids remember who the composer is.
Also, it does a great job of showing the orchestra and conductor as well as animation showing an interpretation of the composer's intent.
It's made me want to construct a themes set of lessons based on each animal. (Maybe skipping the Wild Jackass.)
